Researcher Earns $792,000 Grant

Daniel Herranz Benito, Ph.D. has earned a $792,000 grant to study T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), the same topic for which he was funded by the Leukemia Research Foundation in 2018.

This is a further demonstration that the Leukemia Research Foundation not only accelerates careers for New Investigators, but also funded some of the most critical research in the blood cancer space. Read more here.

Doctor Herranz Benito is a member of the Cancer Pharmacology Program at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. He is also an assistant professor of Pharmacology at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University.
